At Dreame Home Air, we want you to breathe easy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your air quality solution, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all filters, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the unit, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
